This site was developed as an amenity for the home owners of the communities for which we provide Association Management. As more and more owners are coming on line, we hope to provide useful information that everyone may find helpful. Information relating to Plantation Management, Preferred Contractors and General Information will be available and updated as necessary.

Further, we have created Condominium pages with information such as financial statements, meeting minutes, owner directories, rules & regulations and other data specific to those individual Communities. Should your community not currently participate, we have created a Sample Association, Happy Trails Condominium, for your review. When prompted for the user name and password enter pmc for both.

Over the years, Plantation Management has had the opportunity to be of service to a wide variety of Associations. This growth has enabled us to expand our staff and facilities, as well as, expose our staff to a great number of Association experiences.
